Earl Grey infused strawberry vodka, Shaken with Kentish apple juice and a hint of cucumber. Served in a martini glass edible flower garnish.
Salted Caramel Old Fashioned
Four Roses bourbon, smoked sea salt, caramel syrup and a dash of dark chocolate bitters. Slowly stirred and garnished with orange zest and a dark chocolate straw.
Chamomile Spritz
Home infused chamomile gin, crème apricot, Luxardo bitter Bianco, lemon juice, finished with a splash of cream soda. Served tall and garnished with chamomile flowers and lemon zest.
White Negroni Sbagliato
Premium London dry gin, gently stirred with El Bandara white vermouth, and Italics bergamot liqueur, topped with prosecco. Garnished with lemon oil and mint.
Moroccan Express
Rich espresso coffee chilled and shaken with black cardamom infused gin and cinnamon syrup, garnished with coffee beans and served short over ice.
White Chocolate and Passion Fruit Mojito
White chocolate syrup muddled with fresh mint tips, lime juice and passion fruit, finally topped with prosecco. Served tall with mint and white chocolate.

Home spiced rum, mint leaves, pineapple, and lime juice, garnished with dehydrated pineapple, and served short over shaved ice.
